For a regional driving job with Heartland Express, drivers can expect to be home 3 out of 4 weekends of the month. Serving Maryland and the surrounding areas, drivers will be able to establish great relations with valuable customers that they service on a consistent basis.
Drivers with Heartland Express will receive the following pay as an regional trucker:
Minimum CPM for 1 year of experience: $0.42 ($0.43 for Hazmat) - Pay increases with experience
Miles averaging at 2,000 ? 2,200
Safety bonuses: $0.01 - $0.03
$0.04 green miles
Paid detention after one hour with a customer
Short haul pay at $20 for 0-50 miles, $15 for 51-100 miles
