Maximize sales by providing extraordinary customer service and minimize shrink through proper utilization of Standard Practices. Responsible for providing direction and instruction to Sales Associates and Service Associates as delegated by the Customer Service Sales Manager. Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies relating to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, checks, Western Union, Money Orders, Coinstar, Self Checkouts (where applicable). Perform the Sales Associate and Service Associate duties as needed. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices.
