Well, I need a place to put my queen bed, and a couple dressers (if no closet- I have a lot of clothes!). Other than that, I can put my stuff into storage. I am not very picky. The quality/cleanliness/safety of the house is really what is important :) My kitten is very friendly and does not cause trouble (ripping things up, knocking stuff over, etc.). I would also like to know: -Washer/Dryer in the building? -Storage space? -# of bathrooms? -Common room? -Parking? -Proximity to town/city/park?
