Real Estate Relocation Counselor - Real Estate Relocation Counselor We have an immediate opening for a full-time Real Estate Relocation Counselor to support our Severna Park, Maryland office. The incumbent has responsibility for the performance of the Business Development Department of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. Functional areas include managing lead generation, the implementation of possible recruiting, training, and oversight of independent contractor real estate agents on designated teams. Essential Duties - Real Estate Relocation Counselor - Real Estate Relocation Counselor Assists Business Development agents with referral workload updates Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Must be a team player and flexible in job responsibilities Assists with maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances by abiding by PenFed Realtys compliance program and all policies, procedures, rules and regulations Highly efficient on computers Be able to reach out to people at all times and to maintain a level of professionalism and compassion every day Representing the company to PenFed members, outside affiliates, Corporate Relocation Companies. Track, monitor, follow-up with potential leads, answer all questions and provide all documentation requested, update designated relocation databases. Develop and implement weekly and monthly reports on the division stats. Assists with maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances by abiding by PenFed compliance program and all policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
