Lease Administrator Responsibilities
Oversee collection efforts
Late letters
Late fees
Evictions
Tenant Bill Backs
Utility bill backs
Special bill backs
Anchor RET and Insurance bill backs
COI
collect and maintain from Tenants
HVAC PM contracts
track and enforce with Tenants
Sales Figures
collect from tenants
track internally (maintain accurate and up:to:date lists)
Renewals, Leases and Amendments
Renewals
track expiration dates and notice provisions
complete renewal inquiry form, per renewal
initial draft of amendments (renewals, assignments, expansions, terminations)
contact tenants at leasing direction
Leases
Create and maintain Lease and LOI templates per center
Update any exclusives, restrictions, ownership entity, etc. in real time
Initial draft of leases
Abstract
All new leases
Update existing abstracts as per new info requirements
Vacant spaces
Data Collection
LOD's
Utility info
HVAC info
Zoning nuances
Tap and impact fees
ADA compliance
How many restrooms/SF of selling floor req'd
Ingress/egress req's
Marketing
Research per concept
Keep flyers updated as tenants change (add and terminate)
Update data on Website
Enter Leases into MRI to Include
Enter all dates (Lease Commencement, Rent Commencement, Notice to Exercise Options)

Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in commercial property management
Must be a self:starter
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with MRI
May require extended hours during peak periods
