Job Description:/h3:
The Production Management coordinator is responsible for supporting operations of the Production Management Department. The Production Management (PDM) department is responsible for the estimating, management, and successful production of all custom scenic and décor for the special events, exhibits and experiential marketing divisions.
Responsibilities and Duties
:Provide administrative and production support to the Production Management department under the direction of the Manager : Production Management department.
:Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and action item lists for all inter:departmental meetings.
:Organize and maintain the departmental folders including contact lists, vendor and asset information
:Maintain and update the database of venues that Hargrove works in frequently, including verifying information accuracy.
:Support the PDM staff with estimating, procurement, research, drawing and workflow management, material and vendor sourcing.
:Assist the production managers with project management related tasks
:Maintain the production management sample library and files.
:Facilitate vendor visits and demonstrations to the department.
:Support the Manager : Production Management as needed
:Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
:Proactive, helpful, can:do attitude
:Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment
:Good writing skills
:Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently
:Computer literate including Microsoft products with the ability to quickly learn new job related software.
:General experience in technical theatre, stage management or similar positions a plus
