Description:
Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manage the IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems including day to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. Configures and manage UNIX and Windows operation systems and install/load operating system software. Configure and maintain network components and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
Qualifications
:
(ET2) Level 0 : BS in a technical discipline w/ 0 yrs experience OR 5 yrs experience w/o degree
(ET3) Level 1 : BS in a technical discipline w/ 5 yrs experience OR 10 yrs experience w/o degree
(ET4) Level 2 : BS in a technical discipline w/ 10 yrs experience OR 15 yrs experience w/o degree
(ET5) Level 3 : BS in a technical discipline w/ 15 yrs experience OR 20 yrs experience w/o degree
TS/SCI W/Poly Clearance Required.
