The Corporate Clinical Training Manager is responsible for management of the Corporate Clinical Training team and oversight, design, update, execution and distribution of training processes and product requirement materials to Medical Remote Review (MMR) associates. Assist with design requirements and physical creation of Medical Record Review (MMR) Quality Operations Corporate Clinical Training, product preparation and deliverables;Ensure quality and efficiency of the MRR Quality Operations Corporate Clinical Training product preparation and deliverables;Management and mentoring associates, ensuring operational excellence in processes by measuring quality, evaluating, and reporting against corporate and departmental performance goals;Oversight of creation of testing measurement, execution, and reporting of MRR Quality Operations accuracy performance in alignment with department standards;Assist with the development, update, and execution of clinical and non:clinical Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, in support of MRR Quality and MRR Quality Corporate Clinical Training goals, in alignment with quality and excellence outcomes;Manage development and measurement of improved methodologies for the control and ongoing monitoring of quality and reliability of all MRR Quality clinical training, re:training and testing initiatives;Ensure compliance with contractual, local, state and national quality and testing standards;Oversight of compliance of all required training sessions for MRR associates;Maintain regular feedback and open lines of communication with MRR Quality, Operations, management and senior management regarding scheduling, execution, and measurement of performance outcomes of MRR associates as it relates to respective training initiatives;Oversee the design, update, execution and/or distribution of MRR Quality Corporate Clinical Training processes, technical enhancements, and product requirement materials to MRR associates;Oversee adherence of MRR Quality Corporate Clinical Training to rules, regulations and procedures of the department;Assist with design, update, and execution of specialty and departmental training as necessary (Human Resources, IT, Time Keeping, etc.);Interface with MRR Quality management and associates and other functional areas such as HR, Product groups, SRSA and IT development and support teams;Assist with short and long:term organizational planning and strategy in coordination with the senior MRR Quality management team; andManage the Quality Orientation Program as it relates to the on:boarding of MRR Quality Operations associates in coordination with MRR Quality and Human Resources. Current Nursing License with 5 years clinical experience;Current Certified Coding Credential preferred;Previous management experience;5 years recent work experience in the successful end to end clinical training execution including design, implementation, delivery and reporting;Ability to lead a results driven team, efficient in the delivery and execution of a clinical education platform;Professional expertise in development and delivery of written and verbal communications;Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft O/S and web:based training applications such as Captivate and Certpoint; andWillingness to travel to assist with and deliver company based training.
